Tutors- Do I have to provide assurance to the quality of my lessons and courses?

Although we do not involve in the lesson and course arrangements, teachers and tutors who use drtutor platform must guarantee good quality lessons to their students-parents and gain their satisfaction, if the student/parents you have taught are not happy with quality of your lesson, course and support provided by tutor they can contact us within 12 hrs and they have the right ask for a refund, we will inform you about such incident, ( please refer to our terms and condition). We therefore strongly suggest that tutors provide trail lesson to newly students to avoid such hassle.
We would like to highlight that non happy student can affect your course rating , we therefore we will do all we can to solve such issues in a professionally and in friendly manner.
